What the buyer is looking for
The subject-matter of the contract is the supply of electricity to the delivery point (‘OM’) of the contracting authority, including the assumption of responsibility for deviation and the provision of electricity distribution. The supply of electricity, including distribution services, must comply with the technical conditions and operating rules of the Distribution System Operator (DSO) and must comply with the applicable Slovak legislation (in particular Act No 251/2012 on energy and amending certain acts, as amended, the relevant applicable decrees, decrees and decisions of ÚRSO, etc. The contracting authority shall take a minimum of 80% of the agreed quantity (minimum amount of electricity) and a maximum of 120% of the agreed quantity (maximum amount of electricity) within a specified period.
