Construction supervision for the construction" Reconstruction of the manor house, revitalization of the J.B. Mágina park and reconstruction of St. James's Square in Dubnica nad Váhom"

… the manor house, revitalisation of J.B. Mágina Park and reconstruction of St. Peter's Square Jakuba v Dubnica nad Váhom’ is EUR 1 999 147.08 net of VAT within the meaning of the works contract. The estimated value of the contract for the 2nd part of the work from the project ‘Revitalisation and increase of attractiveness of Dubnický manor house for tourism development’ ,, which is in the pre-procurement stage, is €325,000.00 excl. VAT. The performance of construction supervision includes, in particular, the inspection of the implementation of construction works and technological equipment in accordance with the project documentation, the contract for work, the applicable technical standards and legal regulations, the quality control of the works performed and the built-in materials, participation in inspection days, the inspection of the inventories of the works performed and the contractor's invoicing, the drawing up of records, the provision of cooperation in change procedures, the inspection of the elimination of deficiencies and cooperation in the handover and takeover of the construction and the approval procedure. The performance of construction supervision will be provided on the basis of hourly rates of individual activities, not in the form of a flat price. The offered price will consist of the sum of hourly rates and other items according to the actual range of services provided. For the purposes of processing and comparing tenders, the contracting authority shall indicate an indicative expected scope of construction supervision, namely 400 hours during the construction and an indicative number of 100 construction trips. The above scope is indicative and does not constitute a binding scope of performance, it serves exclusively to ensure the comparability of offers. The offered price for the performance of construction supervision must consist of: • the hourly rate for carrying out construction supervision on the site, • the hourly rate or method of accounting for administrative activities, • the price for drawing up minutes and inspection records, • the method of accounting for transport, • the hourly rates of other professionals or professionals, if necessary.
