What the buyer is looking for
The subject of the contract is the realization of construction works on the project "Modernization of the Benice Elementary School". Scope of construction work: - due to the large heat leakage of the original glass concrete fillings, we also propose to replace them with new plastic windows, with at least the same parameters as the already replaced plastic windows. To achieve the required thermal resistance of the packaging structure, we propose insulation of the object with a contact insulation system with a thickness of insulator of 150 mm – facade boards made of graphite polystyrene. In part of the plinth, we propose to insulate the masonry with an insulation system with a thickness of 120 mm – EPS boards specially designed for this purpose or extruded polystyrene boards with similar thermal insulation properties. … roof is insulated with EPS 100S hr boards. 180 mm and EPS 150S boards with a minimum thickness of 50 mm and finally part of the composition of the green roof with extensive greenery with substrate boards made of hydrophilic mineral wool hr. 50 mm. The drainage of rainwater from the roof is solved by a sub-hopping gutter and external downpipes. Before insulating, it is necessary to dismantle the affected rainwater downpipes and ensure reassembly after insulating.. - in order to make the teaching process accessible to people with limited mobility, exterior ramps will be built before the main entrance to the building, with connections to the space in front of the main entrance, to the sidewalk to the dining room, to the new sidewalk to the atrium and to the sidewalk from the dedicated par-forging point for wheelchair users. The availability of all floors is ensured by the proposed exterior lifting platform with a glazed shaft. - container environmental class is designed to connect the teaching process of pupils in the classroom in the theoretical plane with practical experience outdoors in nature and on a nearby field. The building is folded into two floors from standardized containers as needed, which are additionally insulated with plates of basalt wool. The upper part of the containers is designed as a roof with extensive greenery, photovoltaic panels are located on the lowered part. Protection against overheating of the class in the summer months is provided by the installation of pre-set blinds. A more detailed specification of the subject-matter of the contract is given in the project documentation and the statement of assessments, which form annexes to the tender documents.
