What the buyer is looking for

The subject of the contract is to reduce the energy intensity of the building of the Cultural House in the village of Rudník. The scope of the restoration includes insulation of the perimeter shell, roof space in the non-residential attic of the gable roof, insulation of the roof structure in the countertop roofs, insulation of the ceiling structure above 1.PP - from the basement side, replacement of the roof covering, replacement of filling holes, replacement of plumbing elements, restoration of steel and locksmith elements (columns, railings), modification of the external staircase, replacement of the entire wiring and application of forced ventilation, pressure grouting of masonry to remove moisture in the perimeter walls.
