What the buyer is looking for
The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works within the framework of the project ‘Námestie s city castle’, aimed at the comprehensive revitalization of the SNP Square in Stropkov, the restoration, protection and presentation of historical elements of the defunct city castle, the revitalization of the adjacent public space and the implementation of elements of green and blue infrastructure. The subject-matter of the contract consists of a single building, technical and functional unit and includes, in particular, the construction of buildings SO 101, SO 102, SO 103, SO 104, SO 105, SO 106, SO 108, SO 109 and SO 111. … 101, SO 103, SO 105, SO 106, SO 108, SO 109 and SO 111, and PSK-MIRRI-014-2024-ITI-ERDF – Call for applications for non-repayable financial contribution for investments in culture, natural heritage and tourism, under the project ‘Stage IV of the revitalisation of SNP Square in Stropkov – Restoration of the north-western bastion of castle fortification and adjacent public space’, which finances construction objects SO 102 – Coverage construction of the north-western bastion and SO 104 – Adjustment of existing paved areas. The division of funding sources does not constitute a division of the subject-matter of the contract into lots. The subject-matter of the contract shall be procured as a single building, technical and functional unit and the successful tenderer shall conclude a single works contract with the contracting authority. The contract will adjust the breakdown of individual building objects and related expenditure according to the respective sources of financing and the corresponding invoicing method. The detailed scope of construction works, technical requirements and breakdown of individual construction objects are specified in the tender documents, project documentation and in the bill of assessment.
