The maximum estimated value net of VAT of the framework agreement which is the subject of the present proceedings is RON 644 997.53. The estimated value net of VAT of the largest subsequent contract estimated to be concluded under this procedure is RON 322,536.62. The delivery of the products will be made to the SCC Glodeni service subordinated to DGASPC Mures The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders is 17. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
