… months, broken down as follows: - the final deadline for handing over the work is 5 calendar months from the date of receipt of the start order, issued by the beneficiary after the full handover of the input data to the provider and their validation; - the maximum duration between signing the contract and issuing the start order (after the data have been fully handed over to the provider and validated) may not exceed 2 calendar months. - the deadline for the final validation and endorsement process of the CTES is 1 calendar month. Number of days until which clarifications may be requested before the closing date for submission of tenders: 21 The contracting entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information in two stages, as follows: - on the 17th calendar day following the publication of the contract notice, and - on the 11th clalendaristic day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
