It is used to ensure the protection of the operator in case the respective installation is under voltage during the verification operations of the presence/lack of voltage. It can be used for mounting the clamps or the support of the clamps of the mobile earthing devices and in short circuits, mounting the anchor hooks, for working at height, respectively for checking the correspondence of the phases with a monopolar verification device.
