In the case of public land owned by the State, the developments provide data and information necessary for their registration/update in the centralized inventory of assets in the public domain of the State and registration in the integrated system of cadastre and land register. Requests for clarifications made by tenderers during the advertising period of the contract notice may be made no later than 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarifications made in compliance with the above deadline, once, in a consolidated manner, 13 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
