Der Wasserspiegel im Restloch Zechau III ist mittels einer vorhandenen, schwimmenden Pumpstation auf ein Niveau von +177,0 m NHN abzusenken, um ganzjährig einen maximalen Wasserspiegel von +178,5 m NHN zu gewährleisten. Dabei ist sicherzustellen, dass die Absenkgeschwindigkeit des Wasserspiegels 1,0 cm pro Tag nicht übersteigt. Der Wasserspiegel im Restloch Haselbach I ist mittels einer netzunabhängigen, temporär zu errichtenden und zu betreibenden Pumpstation auf ein Niveau von mindestens +146,4 m NHN abzusenken und unterhalb von +146,9 m NHN zu halten. Witterungsbedingte Unterbrechung des Pumpbetriebs in den Wintermonaten. Neben dem reinen Pumpbetrieb ist ein Unterhalten des wasserwirtschaftlichen Gesamtsystems notwendig: Freischneiden und Beräumen der Ablaufgräben und Oberflächengewässer, Freihalten des Uferbereichs und der Ponton-Anlage.
