… 1A to the tender specifications – Material form. The Material Form contains basic, minimum parameters, requirements for the delivered vehicle and equipment/equipment. The Contracting Authority considers that the requirements set out in Annex 1A to the ToR have been met, also in the case of offering equivalent supplies, i.e. with parameters and functionalities not inferior to those set out in Annex 1A to the ToR. The Ordering Party will check the technical parameters of the offered subject of the contract on the basis of the documents submitted to the tender and the official technical specifications of the manufacturer. The Ordering Party requires that the service point for the offered tractor be located in Poland, within 70 km from the seat of the Ordering Party. In the valuation of the contract, the Contractor shall also include: - costs of delivery of the entire subject of the contract to the seat of the Ordering Party, i.e. ul. Garbarska 2, 58-200 Dzierżoniów, - costs of training designated ZDP employees, - during the warranty period, service costs, costs of removing defects/failures, including possible transport, costs of parts and labor.
