The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of gases to the Ordering Party's headquarters together with the lease of cylinders for a period of 12 months, according to the following list. The order also includes the costs of delivery to the place indicated by the Ordering Party, including fees related to the proper transport of gas cylinders (road fee, ADR, etc.). The gases that are the subject of the order must come from current production and have all the attestations and certificates required by law allowing them to be placed on the market in the territory of the Republic of Poland. The leased cylinders in which the gas will be supplied must be technically efficient, have up-to-date legalizations valid for the entire duration of the contract, and have markings in accordance with the current legal regulations. … replacing the leased empty cylinder with a filled one. The contractor must provide the relevant document (Safety Data Sheet, Quality Certificate or Gas Cleanliness Certificates) on each delivery. The quantities of gas cylinders given above are estimates. The Ordering Party reserves the right not to complete the order in full, i.e. in the amount specified in the above-mentioned table.
