… for Lubelskie Voivodship 2028, Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws 2023, item 1587, as amended), the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (consolidated text: Dz. Journal of Laws 2025, item 733, as amended) together with implementing acts, Resolution No XIII/86/2025 of the Radzyń Podlaski Commune Council of 25 March 2025 on the Rules for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Radzyń Podlaski Commune (Journal of Laws No. Urz. War. Lubelski of 2025, item 1761, as amended), Resolution No XXV/133/2026 of the Radzyń Podlaski Municipal Council of 12 March 2026 on the detailed manner and scope of the provision of municipal waste collection and management services from property owners (Journal of Laws No. Urz Woj. Lubelski, 2026, item 1477). The municipality of Radzyń Podlaski is approx. 8060 inhabitants, approx. 2339 households and real estate not inhabited in 21 localities (as of 31 August 2026). In the Radzyń Podlaski Commune there is a mixed bag-container system. Amount of waste collected from the Municipality (including PSZOK) in the last 12 months, i.e. from IX 2025 to VIII 2026: amounted to 1376,860 Mg broken down by different waste fractions: paper and cardboard packaging – 38,280 Mg; plastic packaging – 205,380 Mg, glass packaging – 148,540 Mg; bio-waste – 292,310 Mg; other separately collected waste – 458,860 Mg; ash – 160,910 Mg bulky waste – 72,580 Mg, 4.Municipal waste collected from property owners and from PSZOK should be delivered to the Municipal Waste Management Plant in Adamkach k. Radzynia Podlaski Sp. z o.o., Biała 185b, 21-300 Radzyń Podlaski, hereinafter referred to as ZZOK. 5.The estimated distance from the farthest pick-up point to ZZOK "Adamki" is approx. 15 km. 4.2.Basic requirements: 1) The collection and transport of waste should take place on the basis of a schedule agreed with the Ordering Party and communicated by the Contractor to the owners of the properties from which the waste will be collected. a) The collection of municipal waste from the property in the period from month IV to X should take place with the following frequency:  metals and plastics – once every month,  paper – once every 3 months,  glass – once every 2 months,  ashes – once every 3 months,  bio-waste – if built-in: single-family - once every 2 weeks, multi-family - once a week,  other separately collected - once a month b) The collection of municipal waste from the property in the period from month XI to III should take place with the following frequency:  metals and plastics – once a month,  paper – once every 3 months,  glass – once every 2 months,  ashes – once every 1 month,  bio-waste – once a month,  other separately collected – once a month c) the collection of furniture and other bulky waste from inhabited real estate will take place in mobile form (1 time a year) within the time limit agreed with the Ordering Party 2) The collection of waste from PSZOK will take place on each order of the Ordering Party.
