… classification of land (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws of 2012, item 1246). 3) Drawing up a draft classification determination. 4) Performing situational measurement of changed classification contours, ground land, in accordance with technical standards applicable in geodesy. 5) Drawing up and submitting to the Ordering Party a technical report drawn up in accordance with the rules set out in § 36 of the Regulation of the Minister of Development of 18 August 2020 on technical standards for performing situational and altitude geodetic measurements and developing and transmitting the results of these measurements to the state geodetic and cartographic resource (Journal of Laws of 2022, item. 1670). 6) Providing the contracting authority with n+2 classification maps in printed form (n number of persons participating in the procedure). Time limit for performance of the contract – up to 45 days from the signature of the contract (the date on which the contract was signed is not included in the above-mentioned time limit).
