A copy of the protocol is sent by the contractor to the Ordering Party 5 days before the planned departure. g) The Ordering Party may report to the police a request to check the sobriety of drivers on the day of departure. h) The tour pilot is obliged before the end of the trip to settle with the tour participants the money collected from them for trips.
