The irrigation equipment offered should be brand new, non-exhibition and unused, unreconditioned, manufactured not earlier than in 2026. 5. The Contractor shall be obliged to dispose of and manage in a manner consistent with the applicable provisions waste generated during or in connection with the performance of the contract. 6. In accordance with Article 131(1) CTMR, 2 point 1 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party requires a detailed on-site inspection of the place of performance of the service covered by the contract, in order to obtain all the information necessary to prepare the offer and conclude the contract. Each of the Contractors bears full responsibility for the consequences of the lack or misrecognition of the terms of performance of the contract and the condition of the place of performance of the work. In accordance with Art. 1 point 18 of the Public Procurement Act, an offer submitted without an on-site visit will be rejected. Confirmation of the on-site visit, including the signature of the representative of the Ordering Party, the Contractor shall attach to the tender according to his own model. 7.
