Safety of the boiler room: Equipping the room with a gas detection system with a shut-off valve at the entrance to the room and installing a carbon monoxide (CO) detector. -CO pipelines: Installation of central heating system from copper pipes with the necessary fittings and fittings. The installation will be carried out in a surface-mounted manner. The use of system metal clamps with a vibration-absorbing rubber insert. The contractor is obliged to take into account the thermal expansion of copper through the correct arrangement of fixed (PS), sliding (PP) points and the implementation of natural compensations (breaks pipe routes). Installation of room heaters: Supply and connection of plate radiators type V22 (powered from the bottom) equipped with valves and thermostatic heads with maximum setting limit. The power of radiators must be strictly adapted to the cubic capacity and thermal demand of individual rooms. -Installation of bathroom heater: Delivery and connection of a dryer (ladder) type heater with a power adapted to the size of the bathroom. Water and Sewerage Installation Usable Water Approaches: Bringing hot and cold water to the bathroom using reinforced plastic pipes, certified for contact with drinking water. Flush-mounted installation work: Execution of furrows in the walls (forging the water installation), installation of wires and their accurate bricking and plastering. -Replacement of the installation: Replacement of used sewage and water pipes (verticals and approaches) in the area covered by the renovation. Fitting of fittings: Delivery and installation of a new bathroom faucet with connection to the installation and attempted operation. The description of the subject-matter of the contract and the manner of performance of the contract shall be included in the tender specifications, which shall be annexed to the tender specifications in accordance with the cost estimates. The contracting authority informs that other construction works at the PZDW building may be carried out in parallel.
