The scope of work includes:  purchase of seedlings: material in containers or excavated from the ground in the bale,  substrate preparation: clearing the land of weeds and other contaminants,  digging the appropriate pits for each tree,  placing the trees in the right position and at the right depth,  compacting a new layer of earth,  stabilizing the tree with a wide tape, e.g. plastic tape and fixing it on approx. 2/3 of the trunk height in such a way as not to damage the bark of the tree,  making and forming a bowl with a diameter greater than the planting pit itself around the tree and filling it with medium-ground coniferous bark, a layer of bark min. 5-7 cm,  making an aeration and irrigation system from perforated pipes around the root block of each tree, the length of the pipe min. 1 m and a diameter of min. 50 mm, perforated pipe is to be introduced above ground level,  abundant watering of plants after planting min. 30 liters of water per 1 piece of tree (watering water is provided by the Contractor),  cleaning the area after the work done. Quality requirements for tree seedlings:  nursery material must be varietal pure, produced in accordance with the principles of nursery agrotechnics and even in size,  cut typical of the species or variety, properly formed,  root lump proportionally formed in relation to the above-ground part, compact, undried and properly packed (ballot), or roots formed in proportion to the containers,  no mechanical damage and signs of disease of the above-ground and underground parts. Inadmissible defects:  trees with a poorly developed crown, too grown, too extended upwards in relation to the correct type characteristic of the variety,  unilateral arrangement of tree crown shoots,  damage to the aerial part and roots,  traces of foraging pests,  signs of disease,  necrosis and cracks of the bark,  damage or drying of the roots. Plant material before planting requires written approval by the Ordering Party. In this respect, a memo will be drawn up by the Ordering Party and signed by both parties to the contract (the rules of acceptance are set out in the terms of the contract). Written acceptance by the Ordering Party entitles the Contractor to proceed with the planting of trees. The contracting authority will indicate the exact place where the trees are planted on the site. For planted plant material, the Contractor shall provide the Ordering Party with a guarantee for a period of 36 months. The warranty period shall run from the date on which the Ordering Party and the Contractor's representative sign a fault-free acceptance protocol for the performance of all the works specified in the contract. During the warranty period, the Contractor undertakes to replant the trees planted free of charge in the event of failure to maintain their life (in the event of failure to accept seedlings - the Contractor will replant on his own without charging the Ordering Party at the expense of new seedlings and planting works - these elements should be included in the price of the offer) while maintaining the same p
