Before signing the contract, the Contractor must provide a declaration confirming the possibility of providing and delivering a replacement unit in the event of failure of the refrigeration unit, in order to ensure the continuity of the rink's operation. 6. The refrigeration unit must have the CE marking and the required declarations or certificates confirming the compliance of the equipment with the applicable requirements and standards. 7. The unit must be equipped with a programmable microprocessor control module, enabling optimization of the operation of the device in order to achieve the highest possible energy efficiency, without adversely affecting the quality of the ice rink and the durability of the device. 8. Description of the aggregate: 1) the electrical panel of the device must be resistant to atmospheric influences. The controller shall be capable of displaying information, changing and controlling the following: glycol and refrigerant temperature, refrigerant pressure, diagnostic data – alarm history, evaporator freezing protection, modification of glycol temperature setpoints, monitoring of glycol temperature setpoints, ambient air temperature, operation of aggregate, fans, pumps, compressor alarms, starting or stopping the device, high/low pressure alarm from transducers; 2) the operating volume of the unit measured in accordance with the Annex to the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 14 June 2007 (i.e. Journal of Laws 2014, item 112) on permissible environmental noise levels (in the immediate vicinity of the ice rink there are single-family residential areas), may not cause exceedance of permissible environmental noise levels according to the Annex to the Regulation of the Minister for the Environment on permissible environmental noise levels (noise level may not exceed 55dB). The refrigeration unit should bear the CE marking and the EU declaration of conformity. Where the equipment offered is subject to pressure equipment requirements in accordance with Directive 2014/68/EU (PED), the Contractor must also provide documentary evidence that the equipment complies with the requirements of that Directive. 9.
