… with the necessary technical infrastructure (technological channel and power supply),  necessary reconstruction of infrastructure adjacent to the investment site in order to establish altitude and situational,  execution and implementation of the target traffic organization (vertical and horizontal marking, road safety devices and traffic signaling) along with SIM signage,  restoration of the development of the area adjacent to the original state. 2. Social aspects: Construction of cycling infrastructure from Kani roundabout to ul. Chorzowska in Katowice will improve the safety of road users, in particular cyclists, but also pedestrians and cars by separating individual groups of users. 3. The detailed scope of the subject of the contract is determined by: 1) the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex 8 to the ToR; 2) design documentation constituting Annex 9 to the ToR; 3) technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works constituting Annex 10 to the ToR; 4) bill of quantities/cost estimate form constituting Annex 11 to the ToR; 5) a detailed description of the execution of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 12 to the ToR; 4. Quality guarantee period and warranty for defects - the Ordering Party requires that the quality guarantee period for the performed subject of the contract is 60 months from the date of receipt of the performed subject of the contract. In addition, the Ordering Party requires that the warranty period for defects is equal to the quality guarantee period. The terms of the guarantee and warranty are set out in Annex 8 to the ToR – the draft provisions of the contract. 5. Equivalent solutions. 1) The contracting authority described the subject of the contract without indicating the trademarks, patents or origin, source or specific process that characterizes the products or services provided by a specific contractor. Furthermore, the Contracting Authority points out that any use in the description of the subject-matter of the contract of the names of producers/products or of a specific process that characterises the products or services provided by a specific economic operator is purely indicative and constitutes only a qualitative pattern of the subject-matter of the contract. In such a case, the Contracting Authority shall allow equivalent materials or solutions to be offered, provided that they guarantee the proper performance of the works and ensure that the technical parameters are not inferior to those set out in the procurement documents. The Contracting Authority also indicates that in the case referred to above, the Contractor is entitled to request the Contracting Authority to clarify the content of the tender specification, in accordance with Article 284 par. 2 Public Procurement Laws (2) According to Art. 4 Public Procurement Law if reference is made to standards, approvals, European Technical Assessments, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101(1)(b) CTMR in the design documentation or the STWiORB, i.e. in the documents describing the subject matter of the contract. 1 point 2) and par. 3 Public Procurement Law, and such references were not accompanied by the expression "or equivalent", it is the Contracting Authority that accepts solutions equivalent to those described in each such standard, approval, European technical assessment, approval, technical specification
