Quality warranty period and warranty for defects: The contracting authority shall require that the quality guarantee period for the design works, construction works and construction materials which are the subject of the contract be 60 months from the date of final acceptance of the subject of the contract. In addition, the Ordering Party requires that the warranty period for defects is equal to the quality guarantee period. The Contractor shall provide the Ordering Party with a guarantee under the conditions set out in the contract. 2.
