… construction management and persons performing the functions of works managers to the extent required by law and procurement documentation, − conducting authorship supervision by designers with the required permissions, to the extent and for the period necessary for the proper implementation of the investment, − preparation of a safety and health protection plan (BIOZ), if the obligation to prepare it results from the provisions of law, - execution of pavements and pedestrian paths, including the reconstruction and replacement of existing park surfaces with a mineral surface with the parameters specified in the design documentation, PFU and OPZ, with the approval of equivalent solutions, as well as the construction of a granite cube surface and the construction of paths from the ground surface improved in wetlands, - demolition and construction of new stairs adapted to the needs of users - in two locations; - repair of bridges, − planting trees, shrubs and perennials and establishing flower meadows, - installation of hotels for insects, - replacement of existing benches with new ones with a style adapted to the character of the historic park and installation of rubbish bins harmonizing with benches, − installation of electrical devices and lighting, including spot lighting of the monument of Juliusz Słowacki and solar lighting along selected park paths; − revitalization (cleaning) , deepening and demurculation of the sections of watercourses and water reservoirs indicated in the OPZ, including the method of refutation, along with depositing sediment on the prepared refulification field and removing the indicated obstacles from the channel of the watercourse. The detailed material scope of Part I is specified in the Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ), which is attached to this Terms of Reference, together with the Functional-Use Programme (PFU), relevant administrative decisions, permits, arrangements and other procurement documents. In so far as the CMO and the annex to Convertible Decision No 240/2026 of 22 June 2026 define a different scope from that of the PFU, the scope specified in the CMO and in the abovementioned decision takes precedence. Annex to the Convertible Decision. In particular, this concerns the surface range of the main driveway in front of the palace and the number of new stairs, as detailed in the OPZ. 2. PART II - Construction of rainwater sewerage in Orzechów The subject of the contract in the scope of Part II is the construction of rainwater sewerage along with rainwater retention tank with an active capacity of 60m3 (the tank will consist of 6 tanks with an active capacity of 10m3 each, connected into one tank by PVC pipes) and accompanying infrastructure in Orzechów, for the purpose of managing rainwater from the roofs of the primary school building in Orzechów. A detailed description of this lot is provided in the design documentation annexed to this tender specification.
