… Psychological diagnostics 1 622 2 hours 2 Diagnostics of sensory integration (SI) 1 622 2 hours 3 Neuro-opedic diagnostics 811 1 hour One hour consultation means 60 minutes. The contractor's remuneration will be due only for the services actually performed and received, in accordance with the rules set out in the SOPZ and the draft provisions of the contract. The services will be provided at two diagnostic points: – Diagnostic Point I – in the city of Gorzów Wielkopolski; The Ordering Party allows the change of this location on Strzelce Krajeńskie, Świebodzin or Międzyrzecz; – Diagnostic Point II – in the city of Zielona Góra; The Ordering Party allows the change of this location to Nowy Sól or Krosno Odrzańskie. The Contractor shall bear the cost of travelling to the place where the service is provided. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including the methodology of services, organization of the process, documentation rules, premises, equipment and personnel requirements, is attached as Appendix 1 to the tender specifications - Detailed Description of the subject of the contract (SOPZ).
