In the event of discrepancies between individual elements of the project documentation, the Contractor is obliged to ask the Contracting Authority to clarify them before submitting the tender. The contracting authority expects all the works necessary for the proper performance of the contract to be carried out as remuneration for the performance of the contract, in particular when the works have been provided for in any of the tender documents or their performance results from the adopted technology or is necessary for the proper performance of the contract for other reasons. Just as the bill of quantities is auxiliary to the Contractor when valuing the subject of the contract, the quotation at the stage of examination and evaluation of submitted tenders will serve as information for the Contracting Authority. The values of individual items will be helpful, for example, in determining the amount of replacement works. All requirements specified in the documents indicated above are minimum requirements, and their fulfillment is mandatory. Failure to meet the above-mentioned minimum requirements will result in the rejection of the offer as inconsistent with the terms of the contract pursuant to Article 226 paragraph 1 point. 5 of the Public Procurement Act. 3. The contractor is obliged to include in the price of the tender all the works resulting from the design documentation. The Contractor alone is responsible for the inclusion of all works. 4. The scope of the subject of the contract includes the execution of works: - preparation of the area for flowering From the area intended for planting, turf, surplus land should be removed and the land should be cultivated (mix the land with compost land) to a depth of approx. 30 cm. Works related to the cultivation of land should be carried out with particular care, taking into account existing underground networks. It is unacceptable to bury the remains of building materials and horticultural products in the ground, as this may contribute to inhibiting the growth of plants and cause accidents in planting places. Then the area should be dug, leveled (the surface after leveling should be lowered by 5 cm in relation to the existing pavement); - planting flowerbeds with shrubs, perennials; The plant material should be viable, well rooted, with a species- and variety-specific form, appropriately dilated and branched. Plants should be free from diseases and pests, have shoots and leaves that are healthy, firm, not dried, not kneading and properly coloured; - planting flowerbeds with deciduous trees and shrubs; Making a pit with a diameter of 2-3x larger than the diameter of the root block of the planted tree together with the total mortar; - mulching plantings with conifer bark with a layer of 5 cm thickness with agro-textile distribution; - reduce discounts with wooden garden palisade; - cleaning work.
