… monitoring of the correct implementation of the Project in terms of material, financial, formal and timely; 2. monitoring the compliance of the implementation of the Project with the co-financing agreement, the application for co-financing, the Project Description, the implementation schedule, the payment schedule and the applicable guidelines; 3. monitoring the material and financial progress of individual tasks of the Project and identifying threats and risks related to their implementation; 4. keeping a register of Project risks and preparing recommendations for preventive and corrective actions; 5. monitoring the timeliness of the implementation of the Project and preparing recommendations regarding the necessary changes to the schedule; 6. preparing, supporting the Beneficiary in preparing, verifying and submitting payment applications and their corrections and supplements; 7. verification of the documentation constituting the basis for including expenditure in payment applications, in particular as regards their compliance with the co-financing agreement, the Project budget and contracts concluded with contractors; 8. support for the Beneficiary in the day-to-day operation of the SL2021 system, in particular with regard to payment applications, schedules, public procurement, project staff and correspondence with the Implementing Body; 9. monitoring the achievement of output and result indicators and keeping documentation confirming their achievement; 10. analysis of planned and concluded contracts with contractors and their changes in terms of impact on the material, financial and timely scope of the Project; 11. support the Beneficiary in monitoring the correctness of public procurement procedures and the principle of competitiveness, in the scope related to the implementation of the Project; 12. verification of procurement documentation in terms of compliance with the requirements resulting from the co-financing agreement and relevant guidelines; 13. analysis of planned changes to the Project and preparation of recommendations regarding the need to obtain the consent of the Implementing Body, change the schedule or annex the contract; 14. preparing draft documents, statements, explanations and information required in connection with the implementation and settlement of the Project; 15. support the Beneficiary in preparing for checks, audits and monitoring visits and in analysing post-inspection recommendations; 16. conducting ongoing monitoring of the risk of irregularities, conflicts of interest and fraud and supporting the Beneficiary in documenting preventive actions; 17. support for the Beneficiary in monitoring the Project's compliance with the DNSH principle and collecting documentation confirming compliance with the requirements of this principle; 18. support in the implementation and documentation of information and promotional obligations related to the Project; 19. monitoring the completeness of the Project documentation and supporting the Beneficiary in organizing and archiving the documentation; 20. preparing periodic reports on the implementation of the Project, including in particular material and financial progress, implementation of the schedule, indicators, payment applications, orders, risks and actions required to be taken by the Beneficiary; 21. promptly informed
