The Contractor undertakes not to engage in monopolistic practices, i.e. to make the municipal cemetery area available to authorised entities, funeral services providers and other economic entities acting on behalf of the owners of burial sites. Employees of the Cemetery Administrator in each case supervise the execution of burials and conduct supervision over the execution of the grave. In addition, the duties of the Administrator of the Municipal Cemetery in Tarnobrzeg include: 1. Acceptance of applications from grave administrators intending to carry out construction works on their own or commissioned to contractors of their choice, 2. Acceptance of applications from Contractors before starting works related to the development of the grave or its surroundings. a. notification of works should be submitted on a specially designed for this purpose print, b. notification of works should be made at the latest in the morning of the working day preceding the day of commencement of works. 3. Acceptance of applications from Contractors for funeral ceremonies: a. The intention to conduct a funeral ceremony should be reported to the Administrator at the latest in the morning of the working day preceding the day of the ceremony. 4. Supervision of works related to the development of the grave or its surroundings: a. works can be performed on working days during the working hours of the Cemetery Administration, b. before proceeding with the works, please report to the Cemetery Administration and present a work notification containing the date and time of commencement of works, c. noted damage in the vicinity of the work area should be reported to the Cemetery Administration before proceeding with work.
