… by two teachers in a similar number of hours over the course of 1 training week (e.g. half in half or 3/2 days). In exceptional and justified cases submitted in writing with justification, a different arrangement of classes is allowed, with the consent of KSJ 21 BLT. 6. To carry out the above tasks, the Contractor will refer not less than two English language teachers to a language group, i.e. a lead teacher and an auxiliary teacher/lecturers and the course methodology, in accordance with the requirements described later in this chapter. 7. Responsibilities of the lead teacher: a) be personally responsible for the organization and conduct of classes in the assigned group, keeping training records, discipline in the group and achieved learning results; be responsible for coordinating the training in the assigned group and supervise the work of the assigned assistant; c) the lead teacher may delegate some of the duties to an auxiliary teacher, but bear personal responsibility for their implementation; keep records of the group assigned to it, including: a lesson logbook, a logbook of the use of the training base and plans - outlines (Annex 1); e) prepares - under the substantive supervision of the course methodology - monthly student assessments (Annex 2) for the previous month, in two copies, one for each student and KSJ 21. BLT f) is obliged to arrive at the workplace at least 15 minutes before the start of classes and follow the order of the day in force at 21. BLT. 8. Responsibilities of the assistant teacher: report directly to the lead teacher with whom he or she has been assigned; b) perform tasks commissioned by the lead teacher, including:  training in the assigned group,  execution of plans - outlines,  maintaining proper discipline in the group,  achieving the assumed learning results,  participation in the preparation of the monthly assessment of listeners; c) is obliged to arrive at the place of work at least 15 minutes before the start of classes and follow the order of the day in force in it; 9. Duties of the course methodology: a) maintaining working contacts with KSJ 21. BLT in matters concerning organizational, methodological and substantive aspects related to the educational process; b) exercising substantive supervision over the work of leading and auxiliary teachers and over the preparation of training documentation in accordance with applicable military regulations (available from the head of KSJ 21. BLT), of which:  providing instructors with instruction for classes,  ensuring substantive supervision over drawing up plans - outlines and their approval,  systematically drawing up weekly training plans for each training group and presenting them for approval KSJ 21 BLT by the fourth day of the week preceding the classes covered by these plans,  consulting and agreeing with the head of KSJ 21. BLT proposals for possible changes to the weekly training plans,  preparation of tests and tasks for weekly checks, verification and probationary examination at the latest one week before the deadline
