Delivery, replacement and installation of 595 DN20 water meters for cold water with radio reading in residential buildings located in the municipality of Wielka Nieszawka

… to the assumption of the electro-dynamic module: impulsive or radio in a one-way system during operation of the water meter, without the need to disassemble the water meter from the installation (fixed magnet solutions are not allowed - in particular reed transmitters); water meters shall have a pulsed output function enabling the direction of water flow to be distinguished; the factory number of the water meter must be firmly affixed to the disc of the accumulator or to the housing; water meters shall meet the requirements of: - Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 23 October 2007 on the requirements to be met by water meters and the detailed scope of checks performed during legal metrological control of these measuring instruments (Journal of Laws of 2007, No. 209, item. 1513); - Regulation of the Minister of Entrepreneurship and Technology of 22 March 2019 on legal metrological control of measuring instruments (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 759); - PN-ISO 4064 or PN-EN14154. k) water meters must have: - recent type approval issued by the Central Office of Measures or equivalent national approval of an EU Member State or European EEC type approval or CE Declaration of Conformity in accordance with the MID Directive; - current hygienic certificate issued by the National Institute of Hygiene; - current verification feature from the delivery year. l) warranty min. 24 months; m) the ability to read the state of the water meter for the last 12 months; n) indication of the current date and time, including winter and summer time; o) built-in 12-month alarm register (magnetic field, module disassembly, reverse flow, leakage); equipped with a portable data-reading kit and software with a data-reading system; 3) Requirements for radio system: a radio module, easy to install, mounted directly on a water meter covered by this contract; b) the possibility of direct installation and disassembly on the water meter without the need to disassemble the water meter without violating its legalization characteristics; the expected frequency of operation in the 868 MHz band allocated for radio transmission in the European Union – the possibility of using devices without the need to have a frequency assignment. Radio modules operating on an open channel not requiring a licence; d) readable from a moving vehicle at a speed of approximately 20 km/h; e) radio modules must be battery powered (battery life of at least two verification periods of the water meter, regardless of the frequency of readings); f) protection of the battery against the possibility of its unauthorized disassembly; g) the possibility of securing the radio module by means of a mechanical seal; h) degree of protection of the IP68 radio module (possibility of complete flooding with water); identification of possible leakages and backflows; j) programmable at the point of use; the possibility of reprogramming the radio module in the event of replacement of the water meter; l) the possibility of extension with an additional/replacement device in case of severe reading conditions (deep, water-flooded wells); (M) Possible
