To that end, it shall submit with its tender the means of proof in question, in particular product fiches or other documents containing information distinguishing the equivalent articles offered, in accordance with Article 99(2) CTMR. 6, Art. 106 para. 1 and Article 107(1) CTMR 1 PPL If the Contractor fails to submit the evidence in question or the measures submitted are incomplete, the Contracting Authority will request that they be submitted or supplemented pursuant to Art. 2 PPL, subject to Art. 3 PPL 4. Deliveries will be made in batches, in connection with the current needs of the Recipient. The subject of the order will be carried out successively – according to the Recipient's needs on working days from Monday to Friday, within 1 day of placing the order. Working days should be understood as days from Monday to Friday, with the exception of public holidays. Food products must be delivered in a vehicle that the Contractor has at his disposal (any legal title), meeting sanitary or veterinary requirements specific to the type of food delivered, in unit packages described in the assortment and price form. 5. The foodstuffs supplied should comply with sanitary and epidemiological requirements and the principles of the HACCP system in mass caterers. 6. In addition, all articles must simultaneously meet the conditions contained in the Regulation of the Minister of Health of 16 February 2026 on groups of foodstuffs intended for sale to children and young people in units of the education system and the requirements that must be met by foodstuffs used as part of mass catering for children and young people in these units (Journal of Laws 2026, item 197, as amended). The subject of the contract is the purchase and successive delivery of groceries in 2027 to the Recipients: - Municipal Kindergarten No 1 ‘Bajka, ul. 1 Maja 12, 78- 200 Białogard, - Municipal Kindergarten No. 2 "Sunny", ul. Chopin 4a, 78-200 Białogard. 2. Deadline for performance of the contract: from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027 or until the maximum contract value is exhausted (depending on which event occurs first). 3. The estimated quantities of individual foodstuffs are set out in Annex 2 (Assortment and Price Forms) to the Offer Form. In the event that trademarks, patents or origin, source or specific process that characterizes the products are indicated in the Terms and Conditions, the Ordering Party shall allow the delivery of equivalent products provided that the offered food items will have parameters not inferior to those indicated by the Ordering Party in this Chapter and the Product and Price Forms.
