The Contractor is obliged to deliver the subject of the contract in deliveries in batches stored at the Contractor's premises, by his own transport during the following hours: 08:00 – 12:00, on request sent by e-mail to the prison in Goleniów, ul. Grenadier 66, 72-100 Goleniów. 5. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the quantity of the subject of the order to 30% of the quantity specified in the contract / The subject of the order is specified in calculated quantities, which cannot be the basis for claims on the part of the Contractor in the case of ordering a smaller quantity by the Ordering Party.
