The Ordering Party requires that the offered equipment mentioned in para. 2: a) was brand new, free from any defects and damage, without prior exploitation and was not subject to the rights of third parties. The Ordering Party excludes the supply of post-exhibition equipment, (b) it was complete and ready for use without additional purchases and costs, (c) it met all the standards set for such goods by Polish law, (d) it met all the requirements of products authorised for marketing and use in Poland. 6. The Contracting Authority shall require the Contractor to: has supplied the equipment referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article; 2, at his own expense in places agreed with the Ordering Party, configured it and assembled it in these locations. b) provided instructions for use and technical documentation of the offered equipment in Polish. 7. The Ordering Party and the Contractor are obliged to cooperate in the performance of the contract in order to properly perform the order. 8. The Contractor shall guarantee the subject-matter of the contract referred to in paragraph 2 for a period of 24 months from the date of signature of the acceptance report. 9. The warranty for defects in the subject of the contract is 24 months counted from the date of signing the acceptance protocol.
