3.1. The subject of the contract includes the purchase and supply of granite and/or basalt aggregates with fractions of: 0 – 31.5 mm in the amount of 1000 tonnes and a fraction of 31.5 – 63 mm in the amount of 2800 tonnes, intended for the ongoing maintenance of forest road surfaces located in the area administered by the Chocianów Forest District. 3.2. … PN-EN 13242 (Aggregates for unbound and hydraulically bound materials used in construction works and road construction) and PN-EN 13285 (Unbound mixtures - Specifications). 3.5. The Ordering Party requires that each batch of supplied aggregate has a current Declaration of Performance issued by the manufacturer, confirming the compliance of the technical parameters of the material with the requirements set out in this Terms of Reference. The Contractor is obliged to provide a copy of the declaration to the Ordering Party at the latest at the time of delivery of a given batch of goods, before the start of unloading. 3.6. The Ordering Party guarantees the Contractor, the possibility of execution and settlement of a minimum of 75% of the scope specified in point 3 of the ToR.
