… registration of technical support and confirmation of registration of software subscription to the e-mail address indicated by the Ordering Party within 7 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. 6) Delivery address: University of Silesia, Department of Computer Service Track Studies, ul. Bankowa 14, 40-007 Katowice 7) Required maximum response time for events: a) critical – maximum 1 hour b) high priority – maximum 4 hours c) medium or low priority – maximum 8 working hours (between 9:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., in accordance with the terms of technical support of the equipment manufacturer). The Contractor may reduce the response time for medium or low priority events in relation to the required time indicated above. A tender shortening the response time will receive points in the evaluation of tenders using the criterion for selecting the most advantageous tender. 8) Detailed terms of the contract and payment terms are included in the model contract constituting Annex 3 to the ToR. 9) The contracting authority shall require that the service offered, including all ICT products, ICT services and ICT processes used to perform the contract, whether as main elements or as components, elements of the service delivery environment or accompanying solutions, does not include: (a)ICT products, ICT services or ICT processes identified in the recommendation referred to in Article 33(3). 4 of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, stating their negative impact on the basic interest of state security; an ICT product, the type of which is specified in the decision on the recognition of the provider as a high-risk provider referred to in Article 67b(b). 15 of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, as well as ICT services or ICT processes specified in this decision. Failure to meet the above requirement will result in the rejection of the offer, respectively, on the basis of the provision of Art. 1 point 17 or point 19 of the Public Procurement Act
