A detailed description of the subject of the contract for 3 (three) lots is contained in Annex I.3 to the tender specification. 5. The Contractor shall provide the following guarantees and warranties for the subject-matter of the contract: a) 24 months for furniture and elements made of wood and b) 24 months for chairs, with the proviso that the warranty may be longer, provided that the manufacturer of the equipment in question offers a warranty longer than that stated above. 6. The Ordering Party informs that the indications of common names, trademarks, manufacturers' names, photographs in the elements of the description of the subject of the contract that may appear in the tender specification together with the annexes serve only to determine visual, technical and quality characteristics. Product names, trademarks, patents or origins used in the tender specifications together with annexes should be treated as examples - the Ordering Party allows the use of equivalent products (materials, equipment). An equivalent product is a product that will have the same functional, visual, material and technical characteristics as the specific product indicated in the CTZ, but bears a different trade mark, patent or origin. The quality of the equivalent product must not be inferior to the one described in the subject of the contract, must not in any way lower the standard and may not change the rules and technical solutions adopted in this Terms of Reference, and thus deprive the User of any performance, functionality, usability described or resulting from the Terms of Reference. The contractor who accepts equivalent solutions (products) for the evaluation of the tender must prove the equivalence of the solutions adopted, including equipment and materials. In order to confirm that the equivalent solution offered meets the requirements set out in the tender specifications, the Contractor must submit with the tender a detailed description/list of the equivalent subject-matter of the contract offered, in which, for each solution, he will specify the characteristics allowing the solution offered to be unequivocally identified and confirmation of compliance with the description of the subject-matter of the contract. Note: Failure to submit such a description/list will be tantamount to adopting the solutions indicated in the tender specification and the annexes to the tender specification. 7. If reference is made in the description of the subject-matter of the contract contained in the tender specifications together with annexes to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems, solutions equivalent to those described, which are understood to mean technical, operational and utility solutions that ensure that the minimum requirements are met at a level not worse than that specified in the above-mentioned documents, respectively, enabling the effect assumed by the contracting authority by means of the technical solutions indicated in the tender specifications together with the annexes, are permitted. If reference is made in the ToR, together with annexes to specific standards or other provisions to be met by materials, equipment, equipment and other goods and works performed and examined, the provisions of the latest or revised edition of the standards or provisions referred to will apply, unless otherwise indicated in the procurement documents. 8.
