The acceptance documentation includes, among others: certificates confirming the compliance of built-in devices with applicable regulations and standards, and for other construction materials a declaration of conformity or technical approvals, e) provide the Ordering Party with the necessary information regarding the maintenance and use of the facility. 1.2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract includes: a) Detailed description of the subject of the contract (Appendix 3a to the ToR), b) Draft provisions of the contract (Appendix 4a to the ToR). – hereinafter collectively referred to as Documentation. 1.3. The Contractor is obliged to perform the order on the terms and conditions described in the Draft provisions of the contract. 1.4. The contracting authority described the subject-matter of the contract without indicating the trade marks, patents or origin, source or specific process that characterises the product or services provided by the specific economic operator. If the economic operator finds that the subject-matter of the contract has been described in the manner referred to in Article 99(5) of the Act, i.e. the origin (brand, trade mark, manufacturer, supplier) of the materials has been indicated, and the criteria used to assess equivalence have not been provided, it should ask the Contracting Authority to indicate which criteria will be used to assess equivalence. 1.5. The Contracting Authority does not reserve the right to apply for the award of the contract solely by the Contractors referred to in Article 94 of the Public Procurement Act, i.e. those having the status of a sheltered workshops, social cooperatives and other economic operators whose main purpose or the main purpose of the activities of their organisationally separate entities which will implement the contract is the social and professional integration of socially marginalised persons. 1.7.
