1. The subject of the order is the delivery and installation of brand new interactive (multimedia) monitors with software and accessories, in the number of 2 pieces. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in Annex 1 to the ToR. 3. The Contractor shall provide the Ordering Party with a quality guarantee for the subject of the order, the materials and equipment delivered and the work performed for a period of at least 36 months, counting from the acceptance. The Contractor will also be obliged to provide the Ordering Party with documents enabling the implementation of the rights arising from the manufacturer's guarantee by the Ordering Party itself. The Contractor shall guarantee the performance of the contract for a period equal to the number of months of the quality guarantee he has provided. 4.The Ordering Party does not provide for an on-site visit.
