… Stoen Operator Sp. z o.o. and fire safety arrangements in accordance with Article 29 par. 4(3)(c) of the Construction Law Act of 7 July 1994 (Journal Journal of Laws 2020, item 1333, as amended), delivery of photovoltaic panels with the necessary tooling, installation of supporting substructures, taking into account Technical Opinion No. 1/03/2026 on the possibility of installing a photovoltaic installation on the roof of the building at ul. Szwożerów 5 in Warsaw by Ryszard Rak, installation with necessary construction works, adaptation/reconstruction of the lightning protection system and, if necessary, external elements of the air-conditioning system, connection to the lightning protection system and the power grid, as well as measurements and as-built documentation. The required warranty period and required warranty inspections is 60 months from the date of signing the final acceptance protocol without defects. The planned construction and assembly works will not have a harmful impact on the natural environment, will not violate the external architecture of the building, and the interference inside the building will be minimized only for the works necessary for the planned investment. The functional utility programme shall be used as a tender document. The offer provided by the Contractor should cover all the supplies and services necessary to carry out the project, until it is handed over to the Ordering Party. The offer should be in line with this programme. The contractor will also include, within its scope, those additional works and installation elements that are not specified, but are necessary for the correct, stable functioning of the micro-installation and energy storage. The functional and utility names of the PV system components used in this program are only an example solution. The installation elements actually used are to be equivalent, with parameters not worse technically and qualitatively than those adopted in this PFU. 2. A detailed scope of the contract is described in the Functional and Usage Programme - Annex 4 to the ToR.
