… Annex 10 to the ToR. 3. The Ordering Party requires that the quality guarantee period for the performed subject of the contract is at least 36 months from the date of final acceptance. The Ordering Party requires that the warranty period for defects is 60 months from the date of final acceptance. The terms of the guarantee and warranty are set out in Annex 5-5a to the ToR – the proposed provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be incorporated into the public procurement contract.
