The scope of the works to be carried out and the technology of the works shall be determined in particular by: a) Design documentation, b) Technical Specifications for Execution and Acceptance of Works, c) Billing Elements Table, d) Draft Contract. Comments of the Contracting Authority: The documents describing the subject-matter of the contract should be regarded as complementary and explanatory. If discrepancies, ambiguities or ambiguities are found, the Contractor may not limit the scope of his obligation or his obligation to exercise due diligence in the performance of the contract. Where the documentation describing the subject-matter of the contract includes an indication of the names of the materials, equipment or technology, it shall be considered only as an indication of the technical, performance or quality standards required. Where standards, European technical assessments, approvals, technical specifications or technical reference systems referred to in Article 101(1) are referred to in the documentation describing the subject-matter of the contract. 1 point 2 and par. 3 of the Public Procurement Law Act, the Contracting Authority accepts equivalent solutions. The duties of the works manager, who will participate in the implementation of the subject of the contract, will include: – organising and managing the construction in a manner consistent with the simplified design, bill of quantities, SST, requirements of the Contracting Authority and regulations, including technical-construction and occupational health and safety regulations, – taking over from the Contracting Authority on a protocol basis and securing the construction site appropriately, – informing the owners of the properties located in the vicinity of the works carried out about the difficulties occurring, – keeping construction documentation, – reporting to the Contracting Authority for verification or acceptance of works subject to covering and fading works, – supervising the quality and timeliness of the works carried out, – coordinating the work of own forces and subcontractors, – conducting analyses of the progress of works, – preparing as-built and acceptance documentation and preparing financial and material settlements. Guarantee period: The warranty period for the completed works is 48 months, counting from the date of signing the final acceptance protocol for the works. The order must be executed in accordance with this Instruction for Contractors, the provisions of the Draft Contract and the technical documentation forming an integral part of the Terms of Reference. 2. Sub-contract No 2 – Reconstruction of ul. Kazimierz Wielki and the elevated intersection in Gorzów Wielkopolski’ The subject of the contract is the reconstruction of ul. Casimir the Great with an elevated intersection in the plots with the number of ewid.: 317; 1878/2; 250/36; 320/2 rpm 01 - Chwalęcice and 1621 RPM 04 - Staszica, according to the design documentation. As part of the reconstruction of the road, the existing carriageway of the district road will be rebuilt within ul. Casimir the Great and roads for pie
