The Contracting Authority shall require the Contractor, when preparing the tender, to follow the following breakdown of the daily nutrition standard: 1) breakfast - approx. 25% of the budget rate of the "F ;" standard 2) dinner - approx. 50% of the budget rate of the "F ;" standard 3) dinner - approx. 25% of the budget rate of the "F ." standard On the basis of the above-mentioned Regulation, the amount of the budget rate of the "F" standard (the rate for full board) in 2026 amounts to PLN 37.40. The amount of the budget rate of the "F" standard is the gross value. Therefore, the gross price of individual meals is respectively: 1) breakfast – PLN 9.35; 2) lunch – PLN 18.70; 3) dinner – PLN 9.35. The value of individual meals may be increased by a ‘margin’ of up to 50% of the budget rate of the ‘F .’ standard.
