… means / means of transport (the unit of measurement of the purchase, supply and incorporation of aggregate is a ton), of delivery and unloading at the place indicated by an authorized employee of the Lubichowo Forest District in the forestry or subforestry person of a given forest (delivery documented each time by the WZ document), of draining water from its stacks found on the surface of the indicated road sections outside the crown of the road, of filling cavities, railways and bumps, dismantling and mechanical planting of natural (broken) aggregate along with its density (roller), in places indicated by the forestry or subforestry of a given forest, (the thickness of aggregate syncing is not specified and depends on terrain conditions), of bringing to the original state of access roads damaged as a result of aggregate transport. Deliveries of aggregates will be carried out interveningly on the basis of written requirements of the Ordering Party, specifying: the quantity of aggregate, the place of delivery and unloading of the aggregate, the delivery date (no later than 3 working days from the date of dispatch of the demand, unless another date is specified in the demand), the person authorised to receive the delivery of the aggregate. The Ordering Party shall submit the demand electronically to the indicated e-mail address of the Contractor or in another mutually agreed manner. It is mentioned that the area of the Lubichowo Forest District is within the reach of the Bory Tucholskie Natura 2000 area and is located (partly) within the area of the Bory Tucholskie Protected Landscape. 2.
