The equipment must have appropriate certificates, approvals, approvals allowing for sale and use in the Republic of Poland. 3. The Contractor shall inform the Ordering Party at least 2 days before the planned delivery, indicating the dates and estimated times of delivery and assembly of the equipment. 4.
