ICT products, ICT services or ICT processes offered by the contractor shall: - are not covered by the recommendation of the Government Plenipotentiary for Cybersecurity stating their negative impact on the basic security interest of the state, referred to in Art. 1 point 17 of the PPL Act - they do not come from a supplier of hardware or software against which a final decision on recognition as a high-risk supplier has been issued on the basis of the provisions of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system (Article 226 para. 1 point 19 of the Public Procurement Act).
