… trailer, intended for the carriage of the offered mini excavator together with at least one element of the offered work equipment. 4. The subject of the contract must be complete, technically efficient and ready for use as intended and have the documents required by applicable law. 5. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract, including the required minimum technical parameters and equipment for the mini-excavator, accessories and transport trailer, is set out in Annex 4 to the ToR – Description of the subject-matter of the contract. The transport trailer must have a load capacity that allows safe and compliant transport of the offered mini excavator together with at least one element of the offered work equipment. To determine the required load capacity, the transport weight of the offered mini excavator and the weight of the heaviest component of the equipment intended for simultaneous transport on the trailer should be taken into account. The trailer must be compatible with the Massey Ferguson 6713 S agricultural tractor owned by the Ordering Party, year of production 2019 (the marking identifies the existing equipment of the Ordering Party solely for the purpose of determining the required compatibility and does not constitute an indication of the brand of the offered subject of the contract), in particular in terms of the hitch system, electrical installation and braking system, on the terms set out in the OPZ and the Form of the offered equipment and technical parameters.
