… Excavator delivery place: the seat of the Ordering Party or other place indicated by the Ordering Party, located in the Municipality of Michałowice, delivery at the expense of the Contractor. 6. The warranty period for the excavator is 60 months or 10,000 moto-hours (whichever comes first) from the date of signing the handover protocol. 7. The warranty period for the delivered equipment is 24 months from the date of signing the handover and acceptance protocol.
