… areas; 4) The sweeper must have all the necessary documents to complete the formalities related to its entry into service on public roads in the Republic of Poland delivered at the latest with the vehicle, such as: a) instruction in Polish b) spare parts catalogue in numerical form as a book catalogue or in electronic form c) warranty card d) PM 2.5 certificate e) PM 10 certificate f) documents enabling the vehicle to move on public roads g) approval allowing to move on public roads 5) The Contractor will provide warranty and post-warranty service for a minimum period of 24 months without a mileage limit and without a man-hour limit. 6) The Contractor shall conduct training of personnel in the field of maintenance in terms of use, inspections, repairs and operation (confirmed by appropriate certificates and attestations). 7) The Contractor is obliged to include in the price offered all materials, activities and costs that are necessary for the proper performance of the subject of the contract, in accordance with the documents contained in the tender specifications (in particular the description of the subject of the contract and the draft provisions of the contract), applicable regulations and standards, as well as with his own experience and technical knowledge. 8) The Contractor is obliged to provide equipment with parameters not worse than:
