Primate Stefan Wyszyński 12, location on the building; h) PK26 – stationary camera point – Aleja Wojska Polskiego 28, location on the building. 2) delivery and installation of other elements of the monitoring system, including: a) POE power supply for antenna – 13 pcs; b) POE 53V/2A power supply for camera – 9 pcs; c) box or switchgear – 7 pcs; d) PVC electrical installation strips (wall, floor and wall) screwed to concrete; e) airtight external RACK cabinet - 1 pcs.; f) transceiver antenna – 7 pcs; g) supporting structure, i.e. ballast mast – 10 pcs. 3) launching the video monitoring system at the user's premises and conducting basic and technical training on the operation and functions of using this system; 4) other works necessary for the proper functioning of the monitoring and camera image system in the above-mentioned locations, including laying cables with protective pipes, laying cables on walls, piercing through walls, processing cables and their plugging into cabinets and other monitoring elements, processing walls after installation along with painting works. Note: 1. Before starting the assembly work, the Contractor should make an on-site inspection in the places where the equipment is to be installed. 2. The location of cameras on poles or facades of buildings requires the use of a basket lift. 3. Attachments to the ToR contain camera locations with the name: ‘PK01, PK06, PK08, PK09, PK10 - camera points’, which are not subject to quotation under the tender and are not the subject of the contract. 4. The Contractor is required to install in each location a plaque with the logo ‘Civil Budget City of Kalisz’ and a plaque indicating that the area is being monitored (size and location to be agreed with the Contracting Authority at the stage of performance of the contract). 5. The Contractor is required to install point PK24 located on the lighting pole in accordance with the guidelines of EOŚ Sp. z o.o. in Kalisz of 15 September 2026. 2. Development of monitoring of municipal waste storage points in the Dobrzec W (BO) housing estate. The scope of the contract for this lot includes, in particular, but is not limited to: 1) delivery and installation of an IP video monitoring system of municipal waste storage points at the following points of the Dobrzec W housing estate (based on external day-night IP cameras with handles and power supplies): a) PK12 – stationary camera point – ul.
