… confirm receipt of the order and acceptance of it for execution within the required time. • Deliveries of goods may be made only on plastic pallets, for which the contractor is responsible. Empty plastic pallets will be returned on subsequent deliveries. • Deliveries will continue until the value of the Order is exhausted, i.e. the amount of the concluded contract. The Ordering Party reserves the right to use the above-mentioned, estimated quantity of the ordered assortment earlier, and the Contractor will not be entitled to any claims in this respect, including in particular claims for compensation for lost profits.
