… 4.1. The ordering party will specify the type of assortment, quantity and size of the ordered clothing in individual orders. 5. The Contractor will deliver the subject of the order to the MPGK Warehouse located at ul. Bieławin 5, 22-100 Chełm on working days (i.e. from Monday to Friday) from 7.00 to 14.30. 6. Delivery should take place at the Contractor's expense and risk with a vehicle adapted for unloading. 7. The Contractor undertakes to make the MPGK logo using screen printing in accordance with the items set out in Annex 3. The design of the logo measuring 23 cm x 10 cm (+/- 2 cm) is attached as Annex 6. 8. The detailed conditions for implementation are set out in Annex 4 to the ToR. 9. The contracting authority does not allow for the possibility of submitting partial tenders due to the desirability, functional consistency and cost and organizational efficiency of the contract. 10. The offer should include a valuation of all accompanying services indirectly related to the subject matter of the proceedings, e.g.: transport to the place of delivery, which should be added to the subject of the contract. 11. The costs of packaging, transport, replacement, unloading as well as taxes, including tax on goods and services in accordance with applicable law shall be charged to the Contractor. 12.
