Delivery of aggregates for forest roads, timber storage areas and skid trails

… (the time limit starts on the first day following the day on which the order was placed). b) General location of the place of delivery: forest roads, timber depots and skidding trails in the Oleszyce Forest District (the Municipality of Oleszyce, the Municipality of Stary Dzików and the Municipality of Cieszanów located in the Lubaczowski District). c) The date of delivery of individual batches of material, the quantity and detailed location of delivery will each time be determined by the Ordering Party in writing sent by e-mail through an order made by a person responsible for coordinating deliveries on behalf of the Ordering Party. d) The collection of aggregate will be carried out by a person authorized by the Ordering Party (forestry or subforestry) by measuring aggregate on the car (length x width x height of the load). The amount of material measured in this way will be the basis for issuing the GM document, on the basis of which the Contractor will issue a VAT invoice and the performance of the contract will be settled. The Contractor is obliged to obtain a written confirmation by a representative of the Ordering Party of the type, quantity and quality of the material delivered (document type: Wz with annotation: e) The conditions described in point (c) and (d) are mandatory, and the delivery not confirmed by receipt from the Ordering Party will be considered as not performed. f) In the event of discrepancies between the parties as to the measured amount of material delivered and the quality, a committee composed of at least 3 people will be appointed, composed of representatives of the Contractor and representatives of the Ordering Party, whose task will be to re-measure and calculate the amount of material delivered. g) Aggregate should be delivered to a designated place without its incorporation and unloaded in several places of a given location, indicated by the forestry or under-forestry (unloading aggregates will not require the involvement of additional equipment of the Supplier). A person authorised by the Ordering Party (forestry or sub-forestry) may commission the Supplier with any other form of unloading of a batch of aggregates as part of the current order (e.g. prisming the entire batch of aggregate deliveries at a designated place of a storage yard, forest road or sprinkler trail). h) The Ordering Party requests that all orders be carried out with cars with a payload of up to 20 tons, due to the technical condition of access roads preventing entry by cars with a higher payload. i) Quality requirements for ordered aggregates are described in detail in Polish Standards: - mixture of aggregates with a thickness of 0 – 31,5 mm; 0 - 63 mm and crushing graded with a thickness of 31.5 - 63 mm must meet the requirements described in the Polish Standard: PN-EN 13242+A1:2010 Aggregates for unbound and hydraulically bound materials used in construction works and road construction. - the sand must meet the requirements described in the Polish Standard: PN-EN 13043:2004 Aggregates for bituminous mixtures and surface fixations used on roads, airports and other surfaces intended for traffic. j) In relation to the contract, the Ordering Party is entitled to commission the Contractor with an additional material scope covering supplies analogous to those described in the description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter: ‘O
